At Pawnovaoff, we stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right — with a return process that’s as straightforward and eco-considerate as possible.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• The request is initiated within 14 days of delivery

• The item is not final sale or custom-made

Opened pet treats or used grooming items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
Email us with photos if your item arrives faulty, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if needed.
